Unmatched energy, uncorrupted hope, and unlimited potential make teenagers the ideal candidates to train to lead the world. They’ve not yet been so tainted by society that all hope is lost. They still believe they can make a difference in the world, and so they can.

Mission Statement:
We exist to equip and encourage teenagers with the resources, knowledge, and guidance needed to grow into transformational, multi-directional leaders in every aspect of their lives.
Purpose Statement:
Our purpose is to commission an army of teenagers to intentionally take on the problems of the world with compassion, boldness, kindness, and strength, empowering them with the skills, knowledge, and moral compass needed to emerge as influential leaders capable of driving positive change in their communities and beyond.
