Through an application and interview process, an exclusive class of 25-30 participants are chosen to develop and grow through our interactive and intensive learning system

Lectures are out. Learning is in.

It is only a very small percentage of people that learn through speeches and lecturing, so why so many programs still primarily implement that approach is beyond us. Through interactive games, group activities, interviews, and discussions, we’ll learn and practice different layers and tools of leadership to propel our participants into becoming true influencers.

Your Commitment

The Intensive Leadership Program requires a commitment of time and resources. This nine-month program will meet once a month, one Saturday a month, for 3-4 hours. Attendance is mandatory.

The participation fee for this program is $600, if paid upfront, or $75/month over the course of the 9 months.

We are committing ourselves to your growth and development through one-on-one coaching, group times, and regular content and discussions with you outside of our classroom time together. In exchange, we require a commitment from you, as well.

**Inability to pay the program fee should not deter students from applying. If accepted, we will help you reach your goal of raising the needed finances.

Group Project

The climax of our program is the group project each class chooses themselves. Be it a large fundraiser for a local children’s shelter, a work day for another nonprofit, or some other idea they choose to make the world around them better, participants will put their newly sharpened leadership skills to work. They’ll recruit and build teams, delegate responsibilities, cast the vision and fundraise for the project, communicate their goals to their communities, and make their dream come to life. Learning often comes from doing, so in learning how to change the world, they’ll work on taking a step to change a part of their own worlds, together.

Working WITH Parents/Guardians

We make it a priority to keep moms, dads, and guardians in the loop. Monthly newsletters and correspondence make sure you know what we’re talking about, how we are growing, and what challenges your students were issued each month. You’re encouraged to keep the growth going at home.
